This Month: The Back. Our backs are so essential to our daily activities and yet back pain is one of the most common complaints in the US. We need and want our backs to be stable, strong, flexible, mobile and resilient. Working up the spine, into its muscular attachments as well as the surrounding rib cage, this session will focus on releasing overworked muscles, increasing circulation and freeing locked movement.
