This Month: The Feet and Lower Extremities. We rely on our feet and legs to walk, run, climb and carry us from one spot to another. They work for us all day, everyday. This session will focus on the lower extremities by stimulating the feet to articulate more effectively and to better absorb the forces of our demands. We will then work our way into the lower leg and the muscles of thigh. Create more length, space and connection from your hip joint to your tippy toes.
