On alternating Tuesday nights at 6:30PM, beSTUDIOpilates offers a full body Stretch Class. This group class is small in size and designed to balance and add variety to your workout. Regular stretching offers so many wonderful benefits to your body from improved flexibility & longevity to increased circulation. Combining static and active stretching, this class targets major muscle groups throughout your body and acts as a natural stress reliever.
